Car Notes |
They only made 671 in 1995, so #833 is a bogus number. SLP sold the dash plaques from 672-1000 on ebay, which is where this one came from.

I'm selling my baby to make room for a new one!! 1995 Pontiac Firebird Firehawk Convertible. This is car number 833 of only a thousand made in 1995. Only 243 were convertibles, only 11 were Summit White with Charcoal Leather. There is ONLY ONE SUMMIT WHITE FIREHAWK CONVERTIBLE WITH AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION, CHARCOAL LEATHER INTERIOR WITH A BLUE TOP!!!! You're looking at it!! This car only has 79k original miles. The reason I'm selling it is because I'm am driving a lot of miles for work and I feel like I am doing this collector's piece no justice by racking up the miles on it. Someone else should enjoy this car the way it was meant, driving along the beach with top dropped and your hair blowing in the wind. Not driving on the highway with the top up while I take phone calls. This car is unmodified with the LT1 5.7L V8, Automatic Transmission, Charcoal Gray Leather, CD Player with Steering Wheel Controls, Power Convertlible Top 16" Chrome Limited Rims wrapped new Kumho Tires!! The A/C Blows Ice Cold! Everything on the car works! I just serviced it at the Chevy Store in Orlando and all the mechanics were drooling over it. They were all amazed that there were no engine or transmission leaks, they could not believe how clean it is. DO NOT MISS THIS DEAL!! I would be happy to email or text more pics that I have on my phone. Don't hesitate to ask.
The Firehawk is a Firebird Formula that SLP (Street Legal Performance) takes the car from the assembly line, bring it back to their shop, strip the motor and build it back to their specs. The Formula had 275 horsepower, the Trans Am had 305 horsepower while the Firehawk has 315 horsepower! This truly is a classy American Muscle Car. It turns a lot of heads and people stop to compliment me all the time.
I have had it s!ince February. I made a career move and it kills me to get rid of it but I am driving way too many miles someone else deserves to have this car and enjoy it. It has new brakes, new tires, no leaks. The Chevy store did recommend that I get the brake and transmission systems flushed but no current issues. I don't drive the car hard, I like to keep it under 2,000 rpm's. I don't race it, I just like dropping the top and listening to the subtle rumble of the SLP Exhaust system. There have never been any accidents according to the Autocheck Vehicle History Report I pulled on it when I bought it.
The car us not perfect, it does have some very minor cosmetic issues; minor wear on the driver's seat. The inside of the door panel where the speaker grille attaches to the panel is separated. I just cracked the dash on it trying to peel a sticker off the inside of the windshield, I almost puked when I did it. I have detailed pictures of the dash and driver's seat. |
